Starting with a huge chunk of steel, I walk through the full process of forging this blade from the ground up. That includes heating up the steel, working it under the hammer to form the signature Kukri profile, and showing each detail along the way. From there, it’s all about refinement—cleaning up the geometry, dialing in the bevels, and preparing the blade for heat treatment.
