I want to include options that are more affordable for everyone, so I started a kitchen series here that is part of a production line. We use these in our own kitchen here, so I can attest to the quality of these blades.
The cleaver is a favorite in many kitchens. Ours is one of them.
The blade is made of 5Cr15mov Steel, which is well suited to heavier tasks. That being said, the thin profile makes pretty much anything in the kitchen possible with this blade.
